January 2024
Work Plan by Belgium and Germany, CCM Coordinators on General Status and Operation/ Gender Focal Point, on advancing the implementation of the Gender mainstreaming of the Lausanne Action Plan, up to the 12th Meeting of States Parties (12MSP) to be held in Geneva in September 2024.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, in its capacity as one of the Coordinators on the General Status and Operation of the Convention of 2017-2018, prepared and submitted guidelines on the submission of extension requests under the CCM, which were revised and adopted at the 8MSP as the following:

Germany, in its capacity as the other Coordinator on the General Status and Operation of the Convention of 2017-2018, prepared and submitted a document on the Establishment of a Process for the Selection of the Presidency of the CCM. The 8MSP considered this document and recognized the need to further consider this matter at the 9MSP with an aim to reach an agreement at the 2RC.
The 2016-2017 Coordinators on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Switzerland, prepared and submitted the following reports, which were adopted at the 7MSP:

Review of the Agreement between the States Parties to the CCM and the GICHD on the hosting of the ISU
The 2015-2016 Coordinators on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, Czech Republic and Switzerland, worked on a new format for the Convention’s annual report. This new format was adopted and used for the Geneva Progress Report (6MSP). The intention of the new format is to provide States with a report that is as practical and useful as possible.
