Victim assistance (chaired by Austria)
States Parties with victim assistance obligations and signatory States that have cluster munition victims under their jurisdiction and control which would require assistance in accordance with Article 5 of the Convention were encouraged to provide an update on their plans, priorities and progress towards implementing the Vientiane Action Plan.
