The President of the Second Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon, Dr. Adnan Mansour, oversaw the adoption of the Agenda for the Second Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions and the Rules of Procedure. Mr. Kolarov was confirmed as Secretary-General of the Meeting. France, Ghana, Guatemala, and Lao PDR were elected Vice-Presidents.
